This site is mine — Hlib Perederii. Three things here touch your data. All three are below, with what they take and why.

Analytics

Google Analytics, and only if you accept the cookie. Decline and it never loads — nothing is sent, and no cookie is set.

When it does run it records which pages you open, roughly where you are (country or city, worked out from your IP address, which Google does not keep), your device and browser, and a randomly generated ID stored in a cookie so a second visit is recognised as the same browser. It does not know your name.

I use it to see what gets opened and what gets finished. That is the only use it has here.

Google processes this for me, on servers that include the United States. It is kept for 14 months and then deleted. You can change your answer at any time with the cookie — change link in the corner of any page.

The tools

The tools send what you type to Anthropic, which is what produces the response. Your text leaves this site and is processed on Anthropic's servers in the United States.

I do not store what you type. It is not written to a database or a log — it passes through, the result comes back, and none of it stays with me. Anthropic handles it under their own terms.

Even so: don't paste anything confidential into them. That is true of every tool like this, mine included.

Keeping the tools usable

The tools cost me money per request, so the site limits how many any one visitor can make. To do that it records your IP address and the times of your recent requests — the timestamps and the address, nothing about what you asked for. It is held briefly and only for that purpose.

What isn't here

No accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no forms. No advertising, no ad cookies, no tracking pixels, no profiling. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone beyond the two companies named above.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to it being processed. Write to hlib@kyii.studio.

In practice there is very little to hand over. The analytics data is not tied to your name, and I do not keep what you type into the tools. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
